I’ve been involved in the gym and fitness lifestyle for over 40 years. My mom used to drop me off at Ford's Gym in the early 80s, even before I could drive.
I was a high-level athlete in high school and college, earning a scholarship in baseball.
After my baseball career ended, I was hired by the Lexington Police Department at the age of 21. I worked there for over 24 years, 13 of those as a patrol sergeant, and retired at the end of 2014.
During this time, I always maintained a high level of fitness, obviously for my job but mostly just for my mental and physical well-being. Over the past 25 years, I continued learning and studying the process as I went, figuring out what worked and what didn’t. I want to share these experiences with my clients to help them succeed.
My biggest accomplishment in my training career is my wife, Tembree. In 2016, she committed to changing her fitness and started working toward the bodybuilding stage. After just four years, she achieved the ultimate goal of becoming a Professional Bodybuilder. In 2023, she set the bar even higher by winning her first professional show last September. I am super proud of her and our journey together.
I offer my clients years of experience and knowledge regarding the gym, weightlifting, fitness, nutrition, and overall lifestyle change.
I’m no-nonsense and set realistic goals for client success. I’m not a social media influencer promising to change your life in 90 days.
I enjoy helping everyone get better in whatever aspect of the fitness lifestyle they choose.
I provide services in nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
I have had great results over the past seven years with lifestyle clients and high level bodybuilders.
I keep a small client base, so my services may not be available at all times. I’m here to inform and support people in the right direction.
